When I left the Corporate World and began to pursue being a full-time artist, I needed to kick that initiative off with a solo art show. All my life I had been making my art on nights & weekends, working full-time in New York City, raising my kids. Thinking that someday, LATER, I would begin my art career. In January of 2025 I was able to flip that switch, because what had always been relegated to doing it later, was actually happening, unfolding in the present. It was an awakening, a transformation, and a gift from the Universe that I had to hold my end up on. The title of this show came to me in a vision, a moment, a dream, a realization—call it what you will. For me it was the calling: LATER IS NOW.
