The Story I created this digital collage on a bit of a bum weekend when I was going through a difficult time—I made it to cheer myself up. There is a lot of different kinds of energy here, many moments at once. It’s built from bits and pieces of other works... photos, digital collages, and altered images. Combining them so that they work together is very satisfying to me, and my hope is that this piece provides the viewer with a feeling of adventure and tales to be told.
The Composition This is a maximalist blend of editorial fashion photography, vibrant patterns, and digital textures. I wanted to mix the structure of high-fashion imagery—specifically the grey tones of an Annie Leibovitz photo shoot from Vogue—with the raw energy of street art and digital "glitch" textures. It captures the feeling of moving through a space where everything—color, pattern, and memory—blurs together, presented as a balanced, layered work that invites exploration of its complex narrative.
