Flower Garden on Denim, 2025. 14"x21" Collage Print

from $150.00

This digital collage was created by sandwich-layering a photograph of wildflowers over a photograph of denim jeans and adding and subtracting elements from each to merge them into a single, cohesive composition.

The texture of the denim showing through gives the piece a fabric-like texture—reminiscent of needlepoint—but with a very modern spin.

The colors are vivid and intentionally exaggerated. Flower shapes are silhouetted and filled with gradations of deep pinks, purples, and electric blues. There’s almost a neon feel to the watermelon-colored outline on some of the plants and the perky mums shift between natural yellow and a painted-on tangerine. The result is a bit surreal, and fun—evoking the free-spirited energy of the Flower Children of the 1960s.

This piece celebrates the joy of reinvention—where nostalgia, nature, and pop culture collide in a vibrant visual remix.

Giclée prints are printed with archival, pigment inks on Archival Matte Art Paper.

  • The frames are handcrafted with 100% wood profiles and made in the USA.
Acid-free, archival 4-ply matting and backing. Acrylic clear glazing with superior UV protection. Everything required for hanging is included.

  • Signed, title and dated on the back.
