The Wallpaper Collage series emerged from layering mixed media compositions onto printed samples of my original wallpaper designs. These richly textured works blend abstract forms, vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and fragments of drawings and paintings—creating visual narratives that invite open interpretation and emotional connection.
The title—On My Way! —comes from the familiar iPhone shortcut text, signaling you're en route. The bold red cut-out figure appears grounded and composed, yet it's clearly being pulled toward the celebration unfolding next to it—where vivid shapes and playful markings create a lively contrast.
It’s a visual conversation between fun and responsibility—a push-pull—but the composition’s inherent balance hints at a happy ending.
